The no-date Submariner strips the dial back to markers and hands alone, and the 114060 does it with the modern case: 40mm, Cerachrom bezel insert with a platinum-coated 60-minute scale, and the wider lugs introduced with the ceramic generation. The Glidelock clasp extends the bracelet in 2mm steps without tools. Caliber 3130 has no date to set, which leaves the dial symmetrical and the crown routine simple.
