Refund policy
At Artimeus LLC, we value your satisfaction and stand by the authenticity and quality of every timepiece we sell. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges for New Watches
Customers may return or exchange a new watch within 3 days of delivery.
The watch must remain unworn, unsized (no links removed), and in brand-new condition.
All original packaging, protective tape, manuals, warranty cards, and hang tags must be included.
2. Pre-Owned Watches
Pre-owned watches are final sale and cannot be returned, unless the watch arrives broken, damaged, or not as described.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all pre-owned watches, covering necessary repairs under normal use.
3. Special Order Watches
All special order new watches are non-refundable.
Customers may receive store credit only, provided the watch is returned in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
4. Fees & Restocking
Credit card processing fees, financing fees (Affirm, Klarna, etc.), shipping fees, and any associated service fees are non-refundable.
All approved return orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
5. Condition Requirements
To qualify for any return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The bracelet must not be sized (no links removed).
- The watch must not be worn or altered.
- All original packaging, protective tape, manuals, warranty cards, and hang tags must be intact.
6. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing or placing a special order, we strongly encourage customers to try on the desired watch model to ensure fit and satisfaction.
Watches that have been worn, sized, altered, or returned without complete packaging will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.
7. Warranty for Pre-Owned Watches
All pre-owned watches purchased from Artimeus LLC include a 1-year limited warranty for repair coverage.
The warranty does not cover water damage, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
8. Return Shipping Requirements
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, such as UPS or USPS.
Do not ship via FedEx, as they do not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500.
Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit.
Collect shipping will be refused.
In case of loss or damage during return shipping, the customer is fully liable.
9. Credits & Refund Method
Credit card payments: credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Check purchases: credit will be issued via check made payable to the original payer.
Wire purchases:
- Wires initiated within the USA will be credited via check made payable to the original sender.
- Wires initiated from international locations will be credited via wire to the original sender.
10. Purchases by Manufacturers
The standard return policy does not apply to any purchases made by a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on behalf of these entities.
Such purchases are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
11. Final Disclaimer
Artimeus LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to approval of any refund, exchange, or credit. This policy is subject to change without notice and is enforced to protect both our customers and our business.
