Shipping policy

At Artimeus LLC, we take the utmost care in handling and shipping each timepiece to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please review the details of our domestic, international, and return shipping policies below.


Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, with all shipments fully insured for the full value of the watch.

Shipping rates vary by region (Eastern, Central, or Western United States) and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Customers requiring expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery by a specific date should contact us in advance at info@artimeus.com to confirm arrangements.

Tracking information will be provided via email within a few hours of shipment.

Domestic delivery times are typically 1–5 business days, depending on courier and service level selected at checkout.

For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, shipments will be sent only to the billing address registered with the payment provider.

Taxes:
Artimeus LLC is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within NC. All other locations will vary, state to state. 


International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping through FedEx International.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, which vary depending on the item value and destination. All international shipments require insurance for the full purchase value.

Customs, Duties & VAT

As a U.S.-based company, our products are not subject to U.S. VAT.

International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees as determined by their local authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Because customs policies vary by country and are subject to change, Artimeus LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy of estimated rates. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.


Return Shipping

All approved returns must be shipped via a traceable courier (UPS or USPS only).

Do not use FedEx, as they do not insure watches or jewelry valued over $500.

Return shipments must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount of credit expected.

Collect shipping will be refused.

In the event of loss or damage during return transit, the customer is fully responsible.


General Shipping Notes

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on courier rates, package weight and dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

All shipments are insured for their full declared value. Exceptions may apply where courier coverage is limited.
