Factory-set diamonds ring the bezel of this 31mm Datejust, with steel and 18k Everose gold sharing the case, crown and Oyster bracelet. The pink alloy is Rolex's own Everose, cast in-house to resist fading over decades of wear. The calibre 2235 runs the quickset date behind a sapphire crystal, and the Twinlock crown maintains a 100-metre rating.
