Patek had not combined a world time display with a chronograph since a single 1940s piece, and the 5930 revived the pairing in 2016. The city ring and 24-hour disc advance with the hour hand at one push, while the flyback chronograph resets and restarts on a single press, timing events in whichever zone you have selected. The 39.5mm white gold case carries a guilloché dial centre and dress-watch proportions.
