Patek built this chronograph for its 175th anniversary collection in 2014, printing three scales on one dial: a pulsometer, a tachymeter and a telemeter, each in its own concentric ring. The 37mm white gold case is set with diamonds around the bezel, and the pump pushers stay flush with the flank. Inside is the manually wound CH 29-535 PS, a column-wheel chronograph carrying six patents covering its wheel teeth and reset mechanism.
