Patek revived the officer's dust cover for the 5227, engineering the hinge so no seam shows on the yellow gold caseback until you press it open. Inside, a sapphire crystal frames the self-winding 324 and its 21k gold rotor. The 39mm case is otherwise pure Calatrava, with a polished bezel and short curved lugs, while the dial keeps applied gold markers, a printed minute track and a date window at three.
