Patek stripped the 5905 dial back by merging the two chronograph counters into a single subdial at six, so the 60-minute and 12-hour readings share one register with a hand each. Day, date and month run in apertures under twelve. The chronograph is a flyback, resetting and restarting on one push, and this 42mm steel case comes on a steel bracelet that follows the case flanks into a fold-over clasp.
