The hand-wound tourbillon calibre JCAM37 is a jaw-dropping fusion of automotive engineering and haute horlogerie, with 16 moving pistons and a monobloc crankshaft rendered in breathtaking detail beneath sapphire crystals on the top, bottom and sides.
