The Santos 100 marked the centenary of the watch Louis Cartier built for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, enlarging the original square to a broad 51.1mm by 41.3mm case. This version wraps the steel in matte ADLC, turning the exposed bezel screws and octagonal crown into dark graphic elements rather than jewellery. Roman numerals sit behind a curved sapphire crystal, and the self-winding movement drives central hours, minutes and seconds under a solid caseback.
