Patek's first watch designed specifically for women arrived in 1999 as a rectangular steel piece meant to work through a full day, and the 4910/1200A keeps that brief. The 30mm by 25.1mm case is framed by two rows of brilliant-cut diamonds along its flanks, and the bracelet tapers into a fold-over clasp. A sunburst dial carries applied markers, and a quartz movement keeps the case slim and the servicing minimal.
