Patek's octagonal bracelet watches came out of the 1970s appetite for integrated design, and this white gold reference keeps that period language at a compact 29mm square: a faceted bezel set with brilliant-cut diamonds, no visible lugs, and a bracelet that grows straight out of the case. The dial is left plain apart from applied markers, and a self-winding movement sits behind a solid caseback. Every surface is gold, so the stones supply the only contrast.
