Patek assembled the 5320 from its own archive: the double-stepped case with fluted flanks comes from 1950s references, the flared lugs from the 2405, and the lacquered dial with luminous Arabic numerals from a 1940s perpetual. Day and month sit in twin apertures under twelve, small round windows at four and eight track leap year and day or night, and the date shares six with a moon phase. It runs correctly until 2100.
