Two complications share one porthole case here: a flyback chronograph and Patek's dual-time system, with local hours moved by pushers set into the left flank. The 40.5mm steel case keeps the horizontally embossed dial readable through day and night indicators for both zones, while the integrated bracelet tapers straight out of the case into a fold-over clasp. Caliber CH 28-520 C FUS drives the whole arrangement automatically.
