Patek's pilot watches trace back to two hour-angle prototypes from 1936, and this version stacks a flyback chronograph on top of the Travel Time system. Two pushers on the left move the local hour hand in one-hour steps while a skeletonised hand holds home time, with day-night apertures for both zones. The 42mm white gold case has a knurled bezel edge and an oversized crown, and luminous Arabic numerals fill the dial.
