Omega Speedmaster First Omega in Space 39.7mm 310.30.40.50.06.001 – Black Dial

Walter Schirra wore his own Speedmaster on the Sigma 7 flight in 1962, three years before NASA qualified the model, and this version rebuilds that watch: straight lugs, alpha hands, no crown guards and an applied Omega logo on the dial. The 39.7mm steel case now houses the Master Chronometer 3861, co-axial and certified by METAS against fields of 15,000 gauss, while the pushers and bezel keep the early Speedmaster's slim profile.
