The Pasha's chained screw-down crown cover and squared rail across the dial come from Gérald Genta's 1985 design, itself referencing a waterproof watch Cartier is said to have made in the 1930s. This 30mm 18k rose gold version sets diamonds into the bezel and adds a removable diamond grid over the dial, a jewellery option Cartier has offered since the model's earliest years.
