This Saxonia sets a ring of brilliant-cut diamonds into the bezel of a 37mm 18k yellow gold case, framing a dial left deliberately plain so the stones carry the decoration. Reference 840.021 runs on a self-winding manufacture calibre finished to the manufacture's usual standard, with a German silver three-quarter plate and hand-engraved balance cock behind sapphire. The proportions stay slim enough for a cuff.
